Retail vacancy rate in Fort Wayne market continues to fall

The vacancy rate for retail space in the Fort Wayne market dropped below 10%, down from a previous low a year ago, a report released today shows.

The Zacher Co. said the vacancy rate for a period between May 2023 and April 2024 was 9.4% compared to 10.8% when it released last year’s Retail Market Report.
