Macy's closings: Taste of retail changes to come for Delaware County?

MUNCIE -- The Macy's store at Muncie Mall was not among the 11 stores that the department store chain announced Thursday was slated for closing, but economists and retail experts say the national recession and a big slow-down in consumer spending will undoubtedly prompt more retailers to close locations.
