Union in Elkhart rejects Conn Selmer offer, 201-4

ELKHART — The union representing 230 striking musical instrument makers at Conn-Selmer's Vincent Bach plant here voted Friday morning 201 to 4 to reject a contract offered by the company earlier in the week.
