3 Fort Wayne area GM dealerships get notice their francises won't be renewed

A Fort Wayne Pontiac-GMC dealer, a Grabill Chevrolet dealer and a Columbia City Pontiac-GMC dealer are among the 1,100 to receive notice from General Motors Corp. that their franchise agreements likely won't be renewed when they expire in October 2010.

Don Ayres Pontiac-GMC in Fort Wayne, Mendenhall-Roy Chevrolet Inc. in Grabill and Gene Reeg Motor Sales in Columbia City received letters saying that GM regards them as underperforming.
