Patrick Industries completed the acquisition of the business and certain assets of Edwardsburg, Mich.-based North American Forest Products and its subsidiary, North American Moulding.
The Elkhart RV and manufactured housing supplier paid about $85 million for the manufacturer and distributor of profile wraps, custom moldings, laminated panels and molding products for the RV industry.
“North American’s strong market position…will allow us to expand our array of products and services through existing sales channels and into new markets, capitalize on internal cost saving synergies which will ultimately provide increased value to our customer base, and increase our market share and per unit content in the RV and MH industries,” Todd Cleveland, Patrick president and CEO, said in a Sept. 1 statement.
