MUNCIE — Let’s talk about art and culture.
That was the idea going into the Muncie Arts and Culture Council’s first of four community discussions Thursday afternoon at Minnetrista.
Leading the discussion was Elaine Fisher, who was recently approved as a consultant for the development of MACC’s strategic plan through funding from the Indiana Arts Commission and its Vibrant Communities project.
