RV maker Jayco to add new building in Middlebury

Liz Gunden with the Elkhart County Planning Department presented the request to the council on Monday. She said the new building will be a mill room and will be accessed off of Bontrager Drive.

In November, the Middlebury Town Council approved a 26,000-square-foot addition to one of the buildings on the west side of Jayco’s campus for warehousing and storage space. Last spring, the RV manufacturer completed a new 34,000-square-foot manufacturing building for its motorized division.
