SOUTH BEND - There's a large sign posted on an office wall at Ivy Tech Community College, listing in green ink nearly 100 classes that are full for the spring semester that starts Monday.
Each day, there are additions to that list of closed classes.
For area residents who waited until the last minute to enroll for spring college classes, they may find it's too late.
