The Economic Development Corp. of Wayne County board voted Monday to approve a joint management agreement with the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce.
Moments later, the board voted to approve a three-year contract extension with Tim Rogers, the EDC president and CEO, who will now be the CEO for both organizations. Both votes were unanimous.
