State bait lures firms to 12-county northeast Indiana region

INDIANAPOLIS – Nearly a year into its existence, the Indiana Economic Development Corp. has doled out nearly $165 million in tax breaks and other incentives to lure businesses and companies to expand or locate in Indiana.

And northeast Indiana appears to be getting more than its fair share.
