INDIANAPOLIS - Gambling initiatives that have dominated the early days of a legislative special session were pulled from consideration Tuesday along with the proposed financial bailout of the convention center and professional sports stadiums in Indianapolis.

House Bill 1002 would have bailed out Indianapolis' debt-ridden Capital Improvement Board, which operates Lucas Oil Stadium and Conseco Fieldhouse.
