MUNCIE -- A local small business development official -- a business owner himself -- will be in charge of the local business incubator aimed at helping would-be entrepreneurs.

Ted Baker, most recently regional director of the East Central Indiana Small Business Development Center, has been named the executive director of the Innovation Connector.
