A $99 million student housing complex and dining facility for the Bloomington campus will be considered by the Indiana University Board of Trustees at its meeting later this week.

If approved, the new complex would be composed of several buildings to be located on the east side of Walnut Grove Avenue and west of McNutt Quadrangle, between 13th and 17th streets.

The plan, outlined in the agenda for the board’s meeting, calls for a total of 700 beds with a mix of single- and multiple-occupancy rooms. It would also include new lounge spaces, study rooms and restrooms.
