JEFFERSONVILLE — The Indiana Office of Tourism Development and Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs has awarded $50,000 to Jeffersonville for its Arts and Cultural District.
The money will help fund a project called the Triangle Play Lot, transforming a former used car dealership lot into a public space with swinging benches, shade umbrellas and a table.
The Triangle Play Lot will host colorful art installations, including giant-sized games like checkers.
The project is a partnership with the Clark-Floyd Counties Tourism and Convention Bureau.
