SOUTH BEND — Housing rates for on-campus Indiana University South Bend students who live in two-bedroom apartments with private baths will rise 2.1 percent for 2015-2016 — to $3,650 per semester.
Rates for all other campus apartments will remain the same as this year, campus spokesman Ken Baierl said.
The 2015-2016 rates were approved Friday at an IU board of trustees meeting in Indianapolis.
