SOUTH BEND — A newly redesigned master of business administration degree will be offered in fall 2015 at Indiana University South Bend's Judd Leighton School of Business & Economics.

The new MBA degree program will be shorter, faster and designed for busy working professionals, the university announced Monday.

The program will be delivered in a hybrid format — 50 percent in-class and 50 percent on-line — reducing the amount of time students need to be on campus. It will feature two, eight-week modules per semester, making it possible for students to accomplish more in a shorter time.

Full-time students taking nine credit hours a semester can complete the program in 18 to 24 months, and part-time students taking six credit hours a semester can complete the program in 24 to 36 months.
