JEFFERSONVILLE — Amazon is hiring for more than 500 full-time positions with benefits at its fulfillment center in Jeffersonville, according to a news release. Amazon is hiring to meet growing customer demand.
“Amazon has been a major driver of economic growth and job creation in Southern Indiana since they opened a few years ago,” U.S. Rep. Todd Young, R-Ind., said in the release. “Today’s announcement that Amazon is hiring 500 additional employees for their Jeffersonville fulfillment center is welcome news for the entire region.”
In addition to competitive wages, employees are immediately eligible for comprehensive benefits that include health insurance, 401(k) with 50 percent match, bonuses, company stock awards and a network of support to help ensure employees succeed.
