PLYMOUTH -- After more than three years of planning and construction, Marshall County’s Commerce Shell Building is complete.
The 45,000-square-foot facility is the first of its kind in the county, aimed at attracting businesses interested in a move-in ready building. No businesses have expressed interest as of yet, but the building’s completion is being celebrated at a ribbon-cutting ceremony today (Thursday) in Plymouth.
