Southwest Fort Wayne’s Covington Plaza shopping center has a new owner.
Broad Reach Retail Partners, of Baltimore, closed Friday on its purchase of the 183,000-square-foot center.
The center, which was on the market for nearly three years, was owned by New Jersey-based Lamar Cos., which purchased it from local owners Duane and Peter Bobeck. It was built in 1979.
