MISHAWAKA — Two weeks after agreeing to purchase the television and radio assets of Mishawaka-based Schurz Communications, Atlanta-based Gray Television has reached an agreement to sell WSBT-TV.

In a deal announced this morning, Gray said it has agreed to sell WSBT-TV to Sinclair Broadcast Group in exchange for the assets of Sinclair's WLUC-TV in Marquette, Mich.

Sinclair is the largest TV broadcast company in the country, with more than 160 stations. After completing the swap and adding WSBT, Sinclair's television group will reach 37.6 percent of U.S. television households.
