Goshen's Bearcat Corp. investing $6 million in headquarters, adding up to 40 jobs

GOSHEN — A Goshen company is investing more than $6 million into its current headquarters, creating up to 40 new jobs by 2019. 

Bearcat Corp., a manufacturer of aluminum products, is purchasing new equipment and expanding its existing 44,000-square-foot facility at 2431 E. Kercher Road, adding an additional 6,000 square feet of space, according to a press release. 

The expansion efforts began in January and plans are to have the new space operational in May.

The company was founded in 1971 and currently employs 23 full-time associates. Hiring for metal fabrication and anodizing manufacturing positions will begin in May.
