Ending early: Indiana Toll Road construction wraps up months ahead of schedule

From bridge replacements to repaving and plenty of closed exits, the toll road has been a hive of activity since February. 

However, most of the activity came to an end over the holiday weekend as ITR Concession Company, the company that leases the toll road from the state, announced that its $200 million 80/90 PUSH Project was ending months ahead of time. 

"Due to the warmer weather over the winter we were able to start early, to the chagrin of some, but we knew we wanted to be out of the way come summer time," said Dylan Souza, ITRCC communications manager.
