Redline Equipment (formerly known as Archbold Equipment Co.), a full line CASE IH dealer announced Thursday it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Koenig Equipment Indiana, according to a press release.

Among the locations affected is the dealership at 4500 West County Road 800 North, Rossville.

Other Indiana Koenig dealerships being purchased are those in Gas City, Huntington and Logansport.

The deal, which includes only CASE IH locations, is set to be finalized Sept. 12, according to Alex Jenkinson, service manager in Rossville.

There will be no changes locally and no integration of the two companies until the deal is closed, Jenkinson said, based on information released by the corporate office.

The board of directors approved the sale on Aug. 8, she said.

“When Koenig’s approached us, we saw this as an opportunity with a mature set of stores,” Zach Hetterick, Redline Equipment CEO said. “The addition of these locations will also strengthen our current location in Topeka, Indiana.”

The deal is touted to provide customers with more available inventory, said the release since the sales team will have access to sell equipment located on any Redline Equipment lot.

Lisa Reffett, parts director at Redline Equipment, who lives in the area, will lead the transition and integration of these locations.
