Delta Air Lines will be adding daily nonstop service from Indianapolis to Seattle starting June 18, the airline announced Tuesday.

Departing flights are scheduled to leave Indianapolis International Airport at 6:15 p.m. and arrive at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport at 7:30 p.m. Pacific time. Flights are scheduled to leave Seattle at 10:10 a.m. Pacific time, arriving in Indianapolis at 5:40 p.m. Eastern time.

The new service will make Delta the second airline to offer nonstop service from Indianapolis to Seattle. Alaska Airlines, which began serving the Indianapolis market in May 2017, offers two daily nonstop flights between the two cities.

Seattle is a hub airport for Delta, and the new Indianapolis flight is part of a larger service expansion for Delta in that market. That expansion includes both new nonstop service and additional flights on established Seattle routes.
