Delaware County home sales up more than 20 percent

Just in time for the traditional season for selling homes, new figures indicate home sales are up in Delaware County.

Closed sales increased by 20.9 percent in March, according to figures released by the Indiana Association of Realtors.

The group said in its latest local market update that 81 homes closed in March compared to 67 the same month in 2011.
