Bus service returns to Richmond

Intercity bus service has made its way back to Richmond after that travel option drove off into the distance nearly six years ago.

Thanks to subsidies by the state of Indiana and the federal government, Lakefront Lines now offers round trips to locations such as Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, Chicago, Fort Wayne, Gary, Muncie, Valparaiso, Warsaw, Plymouth and Hammond. The company also has partnered with Greyhound in major cities, opening the door for travel all over the United States.
